Hey guys?

How are you all doing? I'm so tired and sleepy as I write this blog post. My head is literally bobbing as I write this so please forgive my typos.… Hey guys, I absolutely dozed off up there but I said I'd leave it like that you know, to add flair and style to the blog post, lol. Last week I didn't post #lifestyle and #creativewriting because I was on a school trip from Friday to Saturday, and I don't mix work with more work😂 But how's your week been? Mine has been challenging. Monday to Wednesday was the worst part of the week. Sunday and Thursday were awesome days for my week. I'm still absolutely tired these days and it's not burn out because I've been taking it fairly easy.

I had the bright idea of writing a do-to list on Sunday so I know just what to do throughout the week. It went a little something like this: 1. Morning runs at 5.30am or 6am every weekday. So I wanted to go back to running in the mornings again but I failed so epically. I set an alarm at 5.20am so I could have ten minutes to get ready. But I woke up on Monday at 5am,looked out the window, saw how dark it was outside and went back to bed. I haven't woken up since. Maybe next week? 🤔

2. Be punctual to class. So guys, I have a terrible reputation for being late, ever since I was in primary school. So this week I wanted to get to all my classes on time. Which I did🤗🤗 I just don't know if next week will be the same.

3. Catch up on classwork. Did it. I always feel so accomplished when I catch up on everything I should be doing.

4. Go to the library.

I'm actually in the library right now💃

5. Prepare blog posts on time. I succeeded until today. I just got lazy.

6. Prepare compensation blog post. Uumm... Tomorrow?

7. Write on iWriter. Uumm.... Tomorrow?

8. Send Collo his mat. Uumm.... Next week perhaps? 😂 Colloh if you read this, please don't be upset, I'm upset with myself enough😭

9. Start Ariel's mat. I'm going to get the yarn today so I'll probably start tomorrow morning.

10. Pray. Did it. Consistently. Sometimes you just need a reminder.

11. Return books to library and finish PDF books. Did it. Only to borrow more books🤦

12. Get active on Twitter. So far, so good. I've reached 3000 followers and I'm hoping to be at 4000 by the end of next week.

13. Set and obey alarms. I set alarms for running in the morning, for going into social media at specific times and for posting my blog posts. I've only obeyed going into social media.

14. Go to church on Sunday. I will go. Promise. I found that by writing down what I would like to do during the week, I'm more likely to do half if not all the things I write down, compared to when I just go into the week to just wing it. You guys should try it, if you don't do it currently.

My biggest challenge this week was relying and counting on myself to woman up and be there for myself. I hope I'm making sense. I had somehow loosened the reins and lost charge of things and it took me a few lessons to get back to being the woman that I always am. I know I use a lot of metaphors in my writing but I just can't help it😂😂 I love mystery😏 Anyway, it's been a good week, regardless. I have a ton of assignments to do and CATs to read for. It's that season in the semester again. What's getting me through all these? Music❤️❤️❤️ I'm suddenly listening to a lot of country music and 90s rnb and hip hop, I don't know what's gotten into me. My song of the week is called Tequila by Dan + Shay. It's just so vibey🤗

Anyway, I have #friday's #creativewriting post to prepare. #AbbyandXavier will be back tomorrow so, stay tuned. Let's kick off the Mashujaa Weekend right people💃
